Hunter1 is a PBS Tour Guide, the hostess of the Diva Swap, and check out her avatar- very appropriate for Valentine’s Day, we think!  Some of the comments we got about Hunter1:

“She is always diplomatic and caring. She fosters a sense of caring and sharing amongst all of us.“

“I enjoy talking to her every month on the Diva Board in the game section….Plus who doesn’t like somebody who bakes fantastic desserts and then share the recipes!“

“As a tour guide and live help worker, she has been wonderful. She has had a lot of patience with my novice questions. .”

We have gotten SO many reports about Jacquelyn’s kindness and helpfulness as a Tour Guide. She has done so much to help new (and even not-so-new) members navigate the site, and they write in spontaneously to let us know. Some of the comments we have gotten:

“Somehow I got stuck putting my wish list on a vacation hold, though I have no plans to go anywhere any time soon (unfortunately). I could not find a way of removing the hold, so … I contacted a Tour Guide. She was very, very nice and competent and I’d like to mention her by name: Jacquelyn O. (JJO)”

“Due to the hurricane, I was out of electricity for 9 days. It just got up tonight, and I found that books had been ordered and eventually cancelled due to my not responding….[Jacquelyn’s] answer sure took care of a lot of questions I have for now and for the future!! She is terrific.”

“I’m not very computer-savvy…I was feeling a little intimidated, but Jacquelyn helped me get started and now I feel at home.  She is really wonderful – give her a gold star!”

“Manny” is well-known to anyone who frequents the forums.  She’s “a girl, dammit” – as her blinkie says.  We have been getting nominations for Chris for a long time.  Some of the nominating comments:

“She’s always very nice to everyone. Oh, and she writes letters and sends them snail mail on homemade stationary to several people. She’s one cool chick!”

“Chris has helped many members with her image tutorial. She’s always kind and helpful … She hosts fun swaps! She’s thoughtful, writing notes to members on her handmade paper, sending surprise books and hot cocoa and just an all-around nice person! She makes PBS a great place to hang out!”
