Lincoln’s biography is always aspiring to read. This book focuses more on his political savvy in recruiting political opponents to become his allies despite their differences.

Love stories about Lincoln. My Dad kind of resembles him
No matter how many books are written about Lincoln, the subject is never exhausted, there’s always something more to say.
Lincoln has always been of great interest to me. I love that PBS has made this book a possibility for me or another member to read in the near future. It’s just one more dividend of having joined this multi-faceted club!

Pres. Lincoln had insight to see what voters were experiencing and the ability to communicate with them. But he also had the ability to work with both his rivals and supporters. He had gifts and abilities that could be valuable today. I would love to read this book. It has been a long time since
