JFK Slain in Dallas… I remember the day, the time… listening to the radio report that interrupted high school junior level sociology class, walking silently as a group to the shop class that had a TV. The dependable world I knew stopped a few hours for me that day, I didn’t know how to grieve over the loss, my dad had stayed up all night when Kennedy was elected, now this end. A measure of youthful innocence was lost. Could someone have had a chance to stop the killing? I’d love to read about that possibility!
